Faculties:- as my opinion, I'm a chemistry student so our department has best teachers expect one or two (jo ki har college m hote h). And overall faculties are well educated and a famous teacher Mr. Vijendra Chauhan teaches in our college. College society:- college provides many societies and from these societies we have to open many opportunities to develop our personality. About crowd and infrastructure:- if u come here for very good infrastructure so u will face a little disappointment...but crowd and seniors are really good and helpful Overall college has decent fees, nature, helpful professor, good food ......so if you will come here then Your choice is good

Zakir Hussain College Academic & Industry Collaborations

English Remedial Classes

For 1st and 2nd Year Students to improve the linguistic proficiency of students. These classes are especially helpful to students who have studied in Hindi medium and also those who have some problem in understanding the English Language.

Diet Assistant

ZHDC started a skill development course under an MOU signed between NSDC and DU in the year 2015-16. A detail of the course is as follows:

Name of the course: Diet Assistant

Duration: One Year

Training Partner: Max Institute of Health Education and Research (MIHER)

Curriculum: Developed by the MIHER

Faculty: Two visiting faculties from the MIHER

Computer proficiency for the girls

Computer Literacy Course for Girls: A six month course to impart basic computer knowledge to girl students which includes MS-office, Corel Draw, photoshop, In page & Internet. This enables students with lesser means to come at par with others and fulfill the growing demands of the competitive world.

Urdu language course

Certificate course in Urdu conducted by Urdu Academy, New Delhi, each year.

Spoken English Classes

Spoken English classes for girls from first year has been started from academic session 2015-16.
No fees is charged from the students. The English department teacher take theses classes over and above their regular workload.

Zakir Husain College Delhi is among the few colleges offering Bengali at BA (Hons.). The department is relatively small but has experienced faculty offering quality education to students. If you have an interest in pursuing a future in the Bengali language or related field then you can get admission to Zakir Hussain College. However, you also have to make sure you are eligible to apply for your desired course. The department also releases journals in Bengali with the name "Zakir Husain College Patrika".

When do the evening classes begin for the BA courses offered at Zakir Hussain College New Delhi?

Dear student, as per the latest Zakir Hussain College (evening shift) time table available on the official website of the institute, the BA classes begin from 4 PM onwards. The classes go on till 9 PM for few courses whereas, for some others, the classes end at 8 PM. You can easily find out the evening classes schedule of Zakir Hussain College New Delhi from the official website of the institution.
